IF YOU NEED HELP, LET OTHERS HELP YOU!

ACCOUNTABILITY & TO-DO LISTS

This comes right after setting your goals because now that you know what your goals are. You’re must take action towards achieving them every single day. That’s where you’re going to have to keep yourself accountable and have to-do lists.

And these aren’t your typical ‘lame-ass pansy-pants’ to-do lists where you list everything you want to accomplish. You’re going to focus on the one or two key goals. But I talk more about this in the next section.

For now, you’re going to have to start to be accountable for your actions. I guess you could pay someone…

There are probably countless times in your life (and maybe all of your life). That you set out to do something one week but never actually did it. Or you forgot about it for a month then tried to start up again. But couldn’t get past more than a day or two – it’s pathetic – yet it happens to everyone at some point in their life.

You need to start being accountable for your actions. You’re going to list out your goals for the week, every week. And you’re going to review your goals at the end of the week to see if you completed them or not.
You better complete your goals! Because if you don’t you’re sabotaging your efforts. You have to push yourself to strive to be the best you can be no matter what.

It’s ok if you fail, just get back up again and start taking action. Here’s what I want you to do:

1.Set 3 goals for the week
2.At the end of the week review your goals
3.Set new goals for the following week.

Keep yourself accountable!

If you have to ask a friend to help keep you accountable and if you don’t reach the weeks goals. You have to give them money (or something that you find very negative, think of a pain response).

Also when it comes to the to-do lists, every night before bed create actionable steps you can take to move closer towards you goal(s). These are like mini-goals that you’ll work on every day that’ll move you closer to your weekly goals.

I’m sure you’ve guessed it. Your weekly goals are just mini-goals that you’ll work on every week to move you closer to big goals you set. Now if you don’t feel like doing the things on your ‘to-do’ list. Just remind yourself
of the goals you’ve set and how badly you want to achieve them.

TIP: Visualize yourself doing the things on your ‘to-do’ list. Let say I needed to go to the gym for the first time in a while, but I didn’t feel like it.
For example, I would sit or lay down, and visualize myself getting ready for the gym.

I would put on my clothes, prepare my breakfast, doing my workout for that day. Visualizing myself bench pressing, then doing incline flys. Really trying to get into the experience. Make it more then just visual, try to feel the weight working your muscle, maybe you hear the music in the background.

Just do this for everything on your to-do list in the beginning. From the little things like paying a bill or from a big action step like doing that thing you’ve been putting off for months. This little visualization trick might sound like its a little out there. But I’d like you to just give it a shot, its really quite effective.

FOCUS ON THE FEW, NOT THE MANY

Now this isn’t a direct habit per say. But it is something I want you to turn into a habit. You’re going to focus on the one or two things in life that are the most important to you. That aren’t related to dating. And those are the things you’re going to be putting all of your time into. Everything else is just a distraction that’s robbing you of the focus you could be putting on the goals that you care about.

You have to learn that all things are not created equal. Therefore you shouldn’t equally distribute your time to everything in your life. You may have been one of the people who are always all over the place.

You have a “balanced life”. The problem with people that have a balance life is that their life is not the one the dream about having. It’s like the fox that tries to catch two rabbits at the same time but ultimately catches none.

It’s time for you to really focus on what you want in your life and put a majority of your free time into achieving that thing. If you want to be having sex with more women, really look at your daily activities and see what it is you’re doing. If those activities have nothing to do with helping you have more women, then those habits need to be eliminated from your life.
Focus on one main goal at a time or you may end up with nothing.
